• Expand the impact of the Vessels of Honor Soccer Program for in and out-of-school youth and spectators by using this venue for teaching HIV/AIDS education and prevention and encouraging abstinence before marriage and fidelity within marriage choices.

• Develop and expand programs to support marital fidelity choices and strengthen marriage and family units.

• Enable Empower International to develop economic programs and small businesses to assist families, orphans and vulnerable children who are affected or infected by HIV/AIDS.

• Mobilize Empower International to realize their dream of building an HIV/AIDS comprehensive care facility in Kenya, AND give an opportunity for the participants in the Empower International programs to hear and receive the free gift of salvation in Jesus Christ!
